Changing the A/C filter (Filter additional cost or owner provides filter)
Cycle the Toilet bowl water
Cycle the sink and bath tub water
Visually Check for any signs of water leaks
Set air conditioner on 75degrees
Check pool water levels
Start a vehicle
Set sprinkler system
Visually Check for any bugs/pests
Check the Mail/Bring in the Mail
Visually Check electrical panel
unplug appliances if needed
empty refridge if needed
Forward Mail (owner pays for postage)
Set Alarm
Check the air in the car tires
Check the car battery

We sign a Privacy agreement with the homeowner that anything we observe or hear while we conduct our service is strictly private to the home owner.
This Privacy agreement is very important to the Home owner because we know alot of homes have many valuables, secret rooms, expensive art work and it is very important to keep that private.
Any private information such as phone numbers addresses return dates etc is also listed under the privacy agreement.
Owner/Operator so the owner will be the one going to the home.
